 I have purchased some joemeek products recently, and over the last couple of month have been sending emails to any available contact us email on pmi audio and joemeek websites. I have yet to receive a response.
Is there any customer service associated with these products? At this point i just want to know if i can send my questions anywhere, and if yes, where to?
nice products, but the lack of response from customer service so far has been really disappointing.

Sorry to sound so direct on this...but, we have a phone, and that is the best way t contact us. We do not always look at these threads, and asking for service on them is not the best method. I do not know where you are located, but we have offices in the UK and the USA. I suggest you call either one of them and ask for our service department and you will find our service is quite good.

There's a number of useless/nonsensical posts scattered around from users who seem to have joined in the last couple of months. I'd suggest getting Justin to scour the site and weed out anything he thinks is "suspect".
Regards and all the best for Xmas,
Chris
