SP C4 Roadcase For JM27?

I'm figuring it will, but don't wanna shell out the do-re-mi til I get the info verified by qualified experts.... ;) My 2 JM27's will fit in the C4 case in the PMI marketplace, yes? I don't trust myself with those lil' mics gettin' thrown around in their cardboard boxes, ya know...

They should work just fine in the C4 case. The JM27's are not exactly the same size as the C4's, but the foam in the case a somewhat pliable.

Nope, no cigar....The JM27s are almost twice as big as the C4s. I'm glad I didn't go ahead and order a new roadcase yet.

So, is there a JM27 specific roadcase? If so, I'm gonna need one and a pair of JM27 shockmounts (yew guessed it, the Joemeeks don't fit the C4 mounts either...).

There is current available case for the JM27. The JM27PAC that has the metal shock mounts and TBar is in a plastic case that is not sold as an accessory. So we can look and see if there is an case laying around but I am not sure there is. The C4 case would have to be modified to fit.

Hi Alan, thanks for the input...I wasn't sure until my C4's showed up last week, the JM27's are a lot bigger...I was kinda hoping the dimensions were closer...If I can get a JM27 pair case with the shockmounts ans without the matched pair of JM27's I'd be mighty pleased--Almost as pleased as I am with the mics!! :D :D :D

Hey Alan, I'm still waitin'...Be sure to look everywhere, under the barstools, in the piano, maybe ya got one holdin' up a TV or a spider plant or something...Maybe even with the shockmounts still inside...heh heh heh heh heh he heh...

Hey guys, jes' checkin' again...I looked into your accessories page and still see no JM27 roadcase available. It wouldn't be such a concern to me except that northern Minnesnowta gets nasty humid in the summer months and nasty arid in the winter months and I'm not entirely comfortable with extremes like that on the JM cartridges, in just a baggie with a silica sack to keep 'em company...They've actually become my "goto" mics lately...

...Any word on a spare roadcase cut out for the JM27?
