T3 Problem

Hi, I am having troubles with my T3 and wondered if you might know whether it is the cable or psu. It seems to work intermittently, usually on first turning it on it will work but then can just stop after a few minutes. If I try unplugging the cables and plugging back in I do get a short bit of juice but obviously there is a problem.

Is there anywhere in the UK I can buy replacements from? Or any way to test what the problem is.
