stupid(?) mic stand question

i just bought some c4s and realized the stereo mic 'bar' nor the shockmounts themselves fit onto my standard (or what i assumed was standard) mic stands--the stereo bar/shocks are too small to screw on. do i need some kind of special mic stand for these? what size do i need? thanks,

There is an insert in the bottom of your clip to which allows it to be used with European standard mic stands. Use the edge of a coin to unscrew it, and it will fit on your stands. :)
