Breaking in T3

Just got a T3 and have seen varying views on breaking in new tube mics. What is recommended?

Also, in general, how long does one need to allow it to warm up before getting started?

Usually, I just turn it on and go. I've heard that letting it warm up for 20 to 30 minutes is a good idea, but I've never had, or heard, much change in the sound either way.

There is no real rule, but I always turn mine on for at least 10 minutes before using it to get the tube warmed up...
