Rockwool?

Someone in Harvey's forum (was it you Harvey?) to use rockwool for acoustic treatment my home studio. But I lost the info.

I've got a 12x24 rectangular room.

Remembering, please, that there are no stupid questions (just ignorant slobs):

Where to you get Rockwool? Do you use the hydroponic stuff? Or the rolls? Or do they make drywall-like panels?

How much would ya think I need?
