Hi Alan,
Is a revamped C4 part of the new "C" lineup? If so, can you give us some details about the difference between the current C4 and the new one?
Thanks,
- Frank.

Yes Frank... An added switch so the C4 has two pads and two filters. A new designed circuit with better output and better sound.

Frank,
The re-vamped C4 is not being released at the same time as the rest of the new line, but will come later.
My guess is that you'll get many, many hours of use out of your new C4's before the new models hit the streets.

Thanks Reid,
Do you have any type of trade-in or trade-up policy that would allow someone to upgrade to the newer C4s when they do start shipping?
- Frank.

In the past we've been willing to work "trade-up" deals, usually on a case-by-case basis. You may find though, that you're better off selling your mics on ebay and just buying new.
Why don't you give us a call when we get to the point where we're shipping the new C4's, and we'll see what we can do.

Let me say that Reid's last post is very impressive to me. Excellent customer service and empathy. We've all been where the original poster has been...just purchased only to find the upgraded, bigger badder model coming out. Reid's sensitivity to this just blows me away from a manufacturer standpoint. That is one reason why I am and will continue to be a devoted SP user.
Sorry...I just thought that something needed to be said. Carry on.
