I recently purchased The Joe Meek ThreeQ through American Musical Supply.I initially set it up all except for the line out because i don't have a male 1/4 to a male XLR which my sound card requires.I hooked up my headphones to the line out to test it out.Everything at that point worked. I had gone off to do errands and returned only to find out my mic wont even register anymore.I tested the mic on my previous phantom power and everything worked fine.Ive tried leaving the threeq unhooked and hook everything back up and nothing.Tired contacting the Joemeek website and their toll free number(both of which are no longer working).I ordered it with other items so it was sent in a big box which i threw out due to not having room for it. I look at American Musicals return Policy and they want it in the original shipping boxes so I don't know if i can even return it. Any help on how to get this serviced or whatever would be grateful.I Just don't want to be out $249.
