View Full Version : PMI Still around? Can't get reply from contact forms

I'm a long time Studio Projects and Joe Meek customer. I recently ordered two replacement power supplies from PMI for my Joe Meek VC3Q's. They only sent one out of the two I ordered. I have sent three messages, three different ways on the PMI websites to see if someone can help me get the second power supply that I ordered and paid for. No response. None. Zero.

Next I filed a paypal complaint a couple weeks back (I paid via Paypal) and there too, NOTHING! No response at all, the claim is just hanging out there with no response from PMI.

So is PMI doing okay? Are you guys still around? Why no response to any of my contacts. One of the reasons I've always been such a huge fan of you guys is because back in the day you were active on recording.org and other sites, responding to questions and engaged with your users. I'm assuming I've fallen into a black hole, but I'd love it if someone would get back to me with a response on how I resolve this problem.

I have no idea what has taken place, but you should call our office, talk to Jarrod or Justin at 310-323-9050.

We are fine and doing well, so I have no idea...If you ordered on line that may be the problem. Just call, as that is the best way to get us. We are there Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific time...

Thanks Alan. Paypal just refunded me for the missing PSU. I'll place an order again for the other one.

I paid via Paypal, so you may want to update your email address that you use for Paypal emails, because clearly you're not getting those emails from them. I think they are set to go to Jason right now.

Sorry, to Justin is where I think it said the emails were going when Paypal is emailing you.

No problem...It is still best to order direct from us rather than on line. That way, nothing gets lost....
