Well, I want to be sure you mean the new one, and not the old one. If it is the new one, I set the attack to 10 and release at 0.3 or straight up, slope about 2.5:1 about. Then adjust the compression until you hear what you want it to do, then tweak out the attack and release to your liking. That is a good start...
