How do I get a response?

Hi there ...I have tried sending in an inquiry to support for Joe Meek ...and then I have sent a message to the administrator on this forum ....I have a problem with the digital interface with my TwinQ ...which as far as I am concerned I have definitely verified and not an interface problem. I am not getting any response in over a week on this problem ....how do I get a response on fixing this?

Call them on the phone is the best way. I don't think they check their email that often.
