Is this a waste of time and effort???

I have a small room 4,5x2,5meters 2,20 high. I would like to use this room as a controll room.
I have a suspiscion that it might be to small or uneven, I hope I`m wrong :)

It has a "slooping roof, escalating down to 1,20 meters.

I`ve tried to explathe pics.

Please tell me if I left something out.

So could I use this room?
